Coaching Insights

Expert Training Directives

Elevate your sessions with actionable advice from our head coaches. These foundational pillars will help you climb harder and stay injury-free.

1

Core Tension

Power is nothing without control. Engaging your core helps transfer force from your hands through your feet, keeping you anchored on steep terrain.

2

Footwork Precision

Look at your foot all the way onto the hold. Silent, precise foot placements preserve upper body strength and build crucial trust in your foundation.

3

Intentional Breathing

Holding your breath increases panic and decreases muscle efficiency. Practice exhaling sharply on difficult moves to maintain rhythm and focus.

4

Active Recovery

Rest days are when you actually get stronger. Incorporate antagonist training, mobility work, and proper nutrition to ensure steady progression.

Behind the Scenes

The Art of the Route

Every hold placed on our walls is a deliberate puzzle meant to challenge your balance, test your strength, and expand your problem-solving abilities. Our setting team treats the wall as a blank canvas.

They spend hours visualizing movements, tweaking volumes, and testing transitions to ensure that a V3 climbs like a true V3, providing a fair yet demanding test of skill for the community.

"We don't just put plastic on the wall. We try to dictate a specific sequence of movement that forces the climber to learn something new about their body."
