Membership FAQ
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Monthly members can freeze their membership for up to 3 months per year for a small administrative fee. Annual memberships can be paused for medical reasons with a doctor's note.
Do guest passes roll over?
Guest passes are distributed at the beginning of each month and expire at the end of the month. They do not roll over, so make sure to bring your friends regularly!
What equipment do I need to bring?
If you are a beginner, just bring comfortable athletic clothing. We rent out climbing shoes and chalk bags at the front desk. Annual members receive free shoe rentals.
Are there age restrictions?
Climbers must be at least 14 years old to climb without direct adult supervision. Younger climbers are welcome but must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
